About Hunza Valley
Hunza Valley is a mountainous valley in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. The valley is situated at an elevation of 2,500 meters and surrounded by several peaks over 7,000 meters. Known for its stunning natural beauty, clean fresh air, and the friendly local population, Hunza has become a popular tourist destination. The people of Hunza are hospitable and have a rich cultural heritage with unique customs, traditions, and a local language called Burushaski. The valley is also known for its longevity - the people here are said to live longer than in most other regions of the world.
