About Fairy Meadows
Fairy Meadows, named by German climbers for its exceptional beauty, is a grassland near one of the base camp sites of Nanga Parbat, located in Diamer District, Gilgit-Baltistan. At an altitude of about 3,300 meters, it offers spectacular views of Nanga Parbat, the ninth highest mountain in the world. The pristine alpine meadow is surrounded by dense forest and serves as a starting point for trekkers heading to the Nanga Parbat base camp.
